Barb Snodgrass Easy online ordering, followed up immediately with a phone call to schedule delivery. We had issues with our old freezer and had to wait a week for delivery. The auto-system let me know a day ahead of time the delivery time window. The following day another automated message said the driver was on the way in about 15 minutes. The delivery guys were fast and friendly. Several years ago we bought a refrigerator from Fred’s and have been happy so far.
